FAQs
What’s the difference between coaching and mentoring?
Coaching is an interactive experience to understand what your fulfilled life is, and how it relates to your goals and focuses on asking questions to unlock insight. In our first session together, we will understand your main goal for your coaching experience, and I will hold that goal throughout our sessions. However, each session is unique and we will focus on what is most resonant for you in each session.
Mentoring is a more structured process, with the client bringing specific business problems to the sessions that we can work through together. I will share my experiences and solutions and challenge your thinking and perspectives to get the best outcome for your business.
How much does coaching and mentoring cost?
My indicative range is currently £100 - £200 an hour.
If this falls out of your price range, please still get in touch as I offer subsidised coaching and mentoring on a case-by-case basis.
How long do sessions normally last?
For coaching, I offer 90-minute sessions to provide enough time to delve into potentially challenging topics.
For mentoring, I typically offer 60-minute sessions but can increase that (e.g., for workshops) as needed.
How can I get started?
